Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels from first-timers to seasoned Yogis and Yoginis. 

Tuesday Mornings

TIME 9 am – 10 am
$5+ suggested contribution.
Proceeds go to support SMCC and future classes.

Thursday Evenings

TIME 6 pm – 7:15 pm
$10 per class, or 6-week subscription for $50.
