Yoga – Every Thursday Night
Every Thursday join in a multi-level Hatha Yoga class designed to support slowing down, re-rooting, and connection.
As the world continues to speed up, this is an invitation to consciously slow way down. Together, we’ll practice the art of pausing, grounding, and tending to inner peace so that it may ripple both inward and outward. Come as you are and be held in community.
TIME – 5:45 – 7:00pm
