We are pleased to announce that the Communication/Media Team will be hosting monthly meetup hours right before the board meeting. These meetup hours are dedicated to providing an opportunity for team members who may already be planning on attending the board meeting to connect, share updates, collaborate, and seek assistance on various topics related to our work.

Location: SMCC Community Room

During these monthly meetup hours, we encourage all team members to book time with the Communication/Media Team to:

1. Share Team News

This is your chance to showcase any recent achievements, milestones, or exciting news related to your team’s projects. We believe in celebrating your successes!

2. Discuss Event Details

If your team is organizing an upcoming event, this is a great opportunity to discuss the event logistics, share updates, and gather feedback or suggestions from the Communication/Media Team. We are here to help you make your event a success!

3. Seek Assistance with Google Workspace

If you or your team members need any support, guidance, or training related to Google Workspace tools, we will be available to assist you. Whether it’s setting up a new project in Google Drive, maximizing collaboration with Google Docs, using Google Calendar, or utilizing Google Meet for virtual meetings, we’re here to help you make the most of these tools.
