SMCC - Yoga

Join us for a multi-level Hatha Yoga class designed to support slowing down, re-rooting, and connection. 

Each class will offer a movement practice for building greater strength and flexibility, as well as breath work, relaxation, and meditation. In this new series, the second portion of the class will be dedicated to guided deep relaxation and an extended group silent meditation

As the world continues to speed up, this is an invitation to consciously slow way down. Together, we’ll practice the art of pausing, grounding, and tending to inner peace so that it may ripple both inward and outward. Come as you are and be held in community. 

Brand new beginners and all levels of practitioners are welcome!
